Safety & Waiver Terms

Welcome, and thank you for choosing our venue and experiences. Before participating in any racing session, event, simulator activity, group booking, or related experience, please read these Safety & Waiver Terms carefully. By booking, attending, participating, or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Participation at Your Own Risk

All activities, experiences, racing sessions, simulator use, and event participation are undertaken voluntarily and at your own risk. While we aim to provide a safe, controlled, and enjoyable environment, participation in any physical, competitive, or simulator-based activity may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, discomfort, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents.

By participating, you understand and accept these risks.

2. Health and Fitness to Participate

By booking or participating, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to take part in the activity you have selected. You also confirm that you do not have any medical condition, injury, impairment, or other issue that could make participation unsafe for you or others.

If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, back or neck issues, epilepsy, motion sensitivity, recent surgery, or any other health concern that may be affected by racing, simulation, or event participation, you should not participate unless you have first obtained appropriate medical advice.

3. Compliance With Safety Instructions

All participants must follow any instructions, safety procedures, staff guidance, venue rules, eligibility requirements, and operational directions provided before or during the experience.

We reserve the right to refuse participation, suspend participation, or remove any participant from the venue or activity if they fail to follow instructions, behave in an unsafe or disruptive manner, appear unfit to participate, or create risk for themselves, staff, or other guests.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that the venue, company, owners, employees, staff, contractors, affiliates, partners, and representatives will not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, claim, expense, delay, interruption, or incident arising from or related to your participation, attendance, booking, or use of our services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

This includes, without limitation, personal injury, property loss, accidents, delays, equipment issues, scheduling changes, or incidents caused by participant actions, third parties, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

5. Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for your own conduct, decisions, belongings, and participation. You agree to take reasonable care at all times and to act in a safe and respectful manner toward staff, equipment, facilities, and other participants.

Any damage caused by intentional misuse, reckless conduct, or failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the activity and possible charges or claims for repair, replacement, or loss.

6. Minors and Supervision

Participants under the required legal or operational age must only participate where permitted and, where applicable, with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian accepting these terms on behalf of a minor confirms that they have authority to do so and accepts responsibility for the minor’s participation and compliance with venue rules.

7. Booking, Events, and Group Participation

For private events, corporate bookings, parties, and group sessions, the booking contact confirms that they have informed all guests or participants of these Safety & Waiver Terms. Each participant may also be required to confirm acceptance individually before participating.

We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to event timing, activity flow, staffing, or session format where necessary for safety, operations, or venue requirements.

8. Late Arrivals, Refusal, and Removal

Late arrival may reduce your activity time or result in cancellation without refund, subject to the booking terms that apply to your reservation. We may refuse entry or remove any participant who is intoxicated, under the influence, abusive, unsafe, non-compliant, or otherwise unsuitable for participation.

In such cases, refunds, credits, or rescheduling may not be provided unless required by law.

9. Personal Property

You are responsible for your own personal belongings at all times. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property unless liability is required by law.

10. Photography, Video, and Venue Media

From time to time, photos or videos may be taken at the venue for promotional, social media, or marketing purposes. By attending or participating, you acknowledge that you may appear in background or event-related media unless you notify staff otherwise where such opt-out is reasonably available.

If your venue does not want this clause, remove this section.

11. Cancellations, Interruptions, and Operational Changes

We reserve the right to delay, reschedule, modify, or cancel any session, event, or booking due to safety concerns, technical issues, maintenance, staffing, weather, venue conditions, or other operational reasons. Where appropriate, we may offer a reschedule, credit, or alternative in line with the booking policy.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the acceptance box at checkout, making a booking, attending the venue, or participating in any activity, you confirm that:

you have read and understood these Safety & Waiver Terms,
you accept them voluntarily,
you understand that participation involves risk,
and you agree to comply with all safety instructions and venue rules.
